Passively suicidal roles, including Bodyguard and Vigilante, can be a Guardian Angel's target.The Guardian Angel will die when bitten by a Vampire instead of being converted.If the Guardian Angel is role blocked, they will NOT use a protection on their target.If the Guardian Angel is controlled, they will use a protection on their target, no matter who they were controlled into.If the game ends on the same Day their target is lynched, they lose. If the Guardian Angel's target is lynched, they do not become a Survivor until the next Day.If the Guardian Angel's target dies at Night, the Guardian Angel will become a Survivor with no vests.A Guardian Angel will not remove the effects of Framer's Frame, a Hex Master's Hex, or a Plaguebearer's Infection on a player.Poison will be removed regardless of whether you heal your target on the Night they were Poisoned or the Night they would die. A target who is doused and protected on the same Night will end up not being doused. The Guardian Angel's protection also purges the target, removing certain negative effects, including an Arsonist's Douse and a Poisoner's Poison (even if they have the Necronomicon).The icon that appears next to a player protected by a Guardian Angel in the player list The Guardian Angel will also be notified of an attack on their target, similar to a Doctor.A protected target who was attacked will receive the following message: "You were attacked but the Guardian Angel saved you!".Players who attack a protected target will receive the same notification that they would if they had attacked a Witch with their mystical barrier (However, Witches cannot appear in the Coven Expansion).The target will not be able to be voted up to trial during the voting phase that Day. At the start of the next Day, the entire town will see the following message: "The Guardian Angel has protected.The target being protected will receive a notification at the end of the Night stating, "The Guardian Angel was watching over you!".They cannot, however, prevent a Jester haunt, the Unstoppable attack from a Hex Master, an attack from a fully powered-up Juggernaut, or a Vigilante's death from guilt after having shot a Town member.The Guardian Angel's protection can prevent a Jailor execution and an Arsonist ignition on their target.The Guardian Angel's protection can stop multiple attacks on the target.A Guardian Angel can watch over their target even when dead. During the Night, the Guardian Angel may select to protect their target. A Guardian Angel and Executioner may share the same target.Multiple Guardian Angels may share the same target.This can result in conflicting win conditions where a Guardian Angel may be forced to keep a Jester alive, despite the Jester wanting to be lynched! However, if the Guardian Angel's target happens to be an Amnesiac, they can remember themselves as any of those roles.An Executioner, Jester, or another Guardian Angel cannot be the target of a Guardian Angel for them to protect.The icon that displays next to your target in the player list The Guardian Angel may find their target in their role card in the "Attributes" section.Twice a game you may " Protect" your target, which Heals and Purges them."Don't cry, my love," she whispered, her voice a soothing song.
